Whether building a new rifle or upgrading your current AK, the G2 trigger group should be at the top of your list. This trigger offers an improved pull of 3-4 lbs. and eliminates the painful trigger slap common with other designs. All G2 components are heat treated to a 45-48C Rockwell hardness and manufactured with tough 4140 tool grade carbon steel.
The “no fumble” trigger sleeve allows you to assemble the trigger group outside the rifle and drop it in as one piece. Marked as “Tapco USA” and counts as three U.S. sec 922R compliant parts.

This flat is a great start to any AK rifle build. It is constructed from high strength 4130 carbon steel to an exact 1.05mm thickness. Flats accept single and double hook triggers. Available with trunion holes. All are pre-drilled to the correct sizes to ensure a precise build. The flat arrives from the factory in a softened state and once formed it must be heat treated and hardened. Our flats are compatible with both the AK47 and AK74. NOTE: Receiver flats that have been bent in any way could constitute as a firearm and are non-returnable. Please note that an individual can make their own firearm in the United States as long as they do not sell or distribute it. This is addressed on the BATF website http://www.atf.gov/firearms/faq/index.htm. Please verify your local and state laws before making the bends.

The screws in this kit are all fully threaded with a Socket Button Head Cap. All of the screws are alloy steel and have a black-oxide finish and the nuts have a zinc plating.

Contains:

(6) 10-32 x 1/4 screws for the front trunion
(6) 10-32 x 3/8 screws for the rear trunion and cross member
(1) 8-32 x 1/4 screw for the rear trigger guard
(4) 8-32 x 3/8 screws for the front trigger guard
(5) 8-32 x 1/4 zinc plated undersized machine screw hex nut
(1) Cross member support
