If you need us to ship to a post office box we'll have to send your package with Priority Mail as UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. Many online businesses employ an F.O.B. policy which stands for freight on board. F.O.B. basically means that once UPS takes the package it’s your problem if it gets lost or sent to the wrong address. We at IFA Tactical simply find that to be unacceptable. It’s very rare for UPS to loose a package but if they do, we’ll work with UPS to resolve the problem. IFA tactical is a full service company from start to finish and beyond.
