Bolt Action Rifles For Sale
Bolt-action rifles are a popular type of firearm for gun owners who like to hunt, participate in shooting competitions, or for those who work in the military or law enforcement. Bolt-action rifles support a wide variety of action lengths and chambering, granting power and outstanding accuracy at any range from 100 yards up to a mile.
Although bolt-action rifles share a common lineage with historical, obsolete service rifles like the 3-line rifle and Springfield Armory M1903, today’s models are modern and reliable weapons suitable for hunting and competition or tactical applications.
Mossberg Patriot
Mossberg is a reputable brand that’s been a leader among firearm manufacturers since 1919. Available with a walnut or synthetic stock, the Mossberg Patriot is a top-tier hunting rifle with a free-floating, fluted, button-rifled barrel tipped with a recessed crown, offering outstanding accuracy and unmatched reliability.
The 22-inch barrel is ideal because it offers an excellent balance between performance and handling. It is long enough to give your bullet the velocity you need at all ranges but short enough to keep the rifle light and easy to maneuver.
The Mossberg Patriot also features an adjustable trigger, configurable from 2 to 7 pounds. Two of the nine Patriot models have a Vortex Crossfire II 3-9×40mm optic. The Mossberg Patriot Night Train comes with either a 4-16×50mm optic or a 6-24×50mm optic.
Most Mossberg Patriot models also have a picatinny rail or a weaver-style base to mount scopes and other accessories.
The Patriot is available in several chambering options, including .243 Winchester, .270 Winchester, .300 Winchester, .308 Winchester, .350 Legend, 6.5 Creedmoor, 7mm-08 Winchester, and even select big-game calibers such as .375 Ruger and .450 Bushmaster.
Nosler Custom Model 48
While it’s one of the more expensive bolt action rifles offered by IFA Tactical, the Nosler Custom Model 48 is an excellent addition to any shooter’s bolt-action rifle collection.
The Model 48 is highly configurable. You can customize the caliber, action, stock, metal cerakote color, barrel length, length of pull, scope, and scope mount. You can also choose to add a muzzle brake, open sights, 3 Position Safety, and floorplate text engraving.
Each Nosler Custom Model 48 has a threaded muzzle, proven model custom 48 action, barrel break-in, glass and stainless steel pillar bedding, cerakote and micro slick metal finish, a crisp 3-pound trigger pull, and an upgraded match-grade stainless steel, hand-lapped barrel offering absolute pinpoint accuracy.
All Nosler rifles are hand-assembled at the company’s Bend, Oregon plant from outsourced parts produced by boutique-grade manufacturers. For example, the rifle’s composite stock is made by Bell & Carlson out of hand-laid materials such as fiberglass, kevlar, and carbon fiber.
Caliber options for the Nosler Custom Model 48 include .22 Nosler, .243 Winchester, .260 Remington, 6.5 Creedmoor, .26 Nosler, .270 Winchester, and 7x57mm Mauser.
The Nosler Custom Model 48, offered by IFA Tactical, has a two-position safety, a 24-inch barrel, a carbon fiber granite green stock, and a carbon fiber barrel.
Remington Model 700
The Remington Model 700 is a well-known staple found in the gun safes of most hunters, precision shooters, and bolt-action enthusiasts. Its popularity and ubiquity are only rivaled by rifles, such as the Model 70 Winchester bolt-action rifle.
Despite its humble origins as a basic weapon for hunting, the Remington 700 is well-known for its long history of military usage. The Model 700 is effectively the civilian version of many 7.62mm caliber bolt-action sniper rifle models, such as the U.S. Marine Corps M40 (7.62mm caliber sniper rifle), the U.S. Army M24 (7.62mm and .300 WM), or the M2010 advanced sniper rifle (.300 WM).
While there are 34 different models in the Remington 700 series, IFA Tactical offers one of the most popular models in the Remington Model 700 SPS (Special Purpose Synthetic), available in 11 chamberings and 2 barrel length options (24” and 26”).
It has an ergonomically-styled synthetic stock which makes it more comfortable to handle. The receiver is drilled and tapped, which allows for a wide variety of necessary scope mounts. The matte-blued finish protects all exterior metalwork from rust and possible misfiring.
The Remington Model 700 SPS can be chambered in different calibers, including .223 Remington, .243 Winchester, .270 Winchester, 7mm Remington Magnum, .30-06 Springfield, .300 Winchester Magnum, .308 Winchester, or 6.5 Creedmoor. Remington even makes a black-powder rifle of the Remington 700, compatible with .50-caliber projectiles.
Every part of the Model 700 is customizable, from barrel to sling. Popular modifications to the Remington 700 include Timney adjustable triggers and Accuracy International Chassis System (AICS) stocks, capable of turning this classic weapon into a chassis-style hunting rifle with all the modern bells and whistles.
Ruger American Predator
You may know Ruger for their .22-caliber rimfire rifles and compact firearm lines, but they also produce a range of modern hunting rifle platforms. The Ruger American Predator is an adaptable hunting rifle with the build quality and features you’d expect from other Ruger centerfire hunting rifles. Whether you are a deer, elk, or hog hunter, the American Predator is an ideal weapon for you, offering affordable accuracy.
When paired with good ammunition, the American Predator is capable of minute-of-angle accuracy, crucial for hunters to make a successful shot. It also has patented Power Bedding, an integral bedding block system that positively locates the receiver, free-floats the barrel, and improves the rifle’s accuracy.
One of the accuracy-enhancing features of the Ruger American Predator is its heavy, tapered barrel is threaded and has a factory-installed thread protector. It has a soft rubber buttpad to reduce recoil, an easy-to-actuate tang safety for security, and can use either flush-fit or AR-style magazines.
Although the Ruger American predator is primarily intended to be a 6.5 Creedmoor bolt-action rifle platform with a 22-inch barrel, alternative chamberings are also available: .308 Winchester, 7mm-08 Remington, .22-250 Remington, .223 Remington, 6.5 Grendel, and .350 Legend. Select models feature an 18-inch or 16.38-inch barrel.
Ruger Precision Rifle
The Ruger Precision Rifle is explicitly designed for long-range shooting, whether for hunting or shooting competitions. It is also a relatively affordable rifle, designed to please all gun owners, from the average hobby shooter to the most ardent long-distance shooters.
One of the main reasons the Ruger Precision Rifle stands out from the crowd is its traditional bedding system instead of an in-line recoil system. This allows it to manage recoil from the rear of the receiver of the buttstock and ensure maximum accuracy.
The Ruger Precision Rifle also has a light and crisp Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger, which has a pull range of 2.25-5 pounds. The rifle also features the Ruger Precision Stock, an adjustable folding buttstock allowing competition shooters to configure the length-of-pull and comb height to their exact preferences.
The Ruger Precision Rifle Magnum Muzzle Brake also has a tunable compensator that reduces recoil and muzzle jump, making it more comfortable to shoot.
It also features a bottom picatinny rail that allows scopes to be added. There’s a free-float handguard for easy mounting of rails and accessories compatible with the M-LOK rail interface system, a 30 MOA picatinny rail. The ambidextrous manual safety is ideal for left- and right-handed shooters.
The Ruger Precision Rifle is one of the most popular factory 6.5 PRC bolt-action rifle models on the market. Other available chamberings include 6.5 Creedmoor, .308 Winchester, 6.5 PRC, .300 PRC, and .338 Lapua Magnum, with barrel length options ranging between 20” and 26”. Separate barrels chambered in additional long-range shooting calibers are also available, such as .300 Norma Magnum or .338 Norma Magnum.

The Savage Arms Model 110, manufactured by Savage Arms, is the oldest bolt-action rifle for sale in North America in continuous production. This rifle has been available since the original .30-06 Springfield bolt-action rifle hit the market in 1958.
Savage currently offers over 25 models in the Model 110 series; many are left-handed versions like the Savage 110 Elite Precision, 110 Storm, and 110 Tactical.
The most reliable model for the average hunter is the Savage Arms 110 Storm, a lightweight rifle available in 12 chamberings, including 6.5 Creedmoor, .243 Winchester, .270 Winchester, .30-06 Springfield, .300 Winchester Magnum, and 7mm Remington Magnum.
The 110 Storm’s barrel length is 22” and is available in either right-handed or left-handed. The Savage 110 Storm is also highly affordable for those who are cost-conscientious.
With an AccuFit system that allows you to customize length-of-pull (12.75-13.75/30.5) and comb height, shooters can have as much comfort and consistency as possible. Also increasing comfort for the shooters is the AccuTrigger, which has an adjustable, light, and crisp pull.
Other features of this model are being drilled and tapped for scope mounts, an AccuStock rail system secures the action three-dimensionally along the rifle’s length, and a soft grip found on its fore-end and pistol grip surfaces.
